As Account Director, you are responsible for maintaining the relationship with a fixed group of customers. You are the first point of contact when it comes to questions, price and feasibility of research. You ensure that proposals are delivered correctly and on time and you meet your clients on a regular basis.
It is of course necessary to build a good relationship with your customers, to provide the highest level of service, to exceed expectations and to have an eye for opportunities in the market. You are aware of the turnover target that has to be met.
Together with your direct manager, you are responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to achieve these sales targets. Of course we provide the right training under the guidance of the Sales Directors and Senior Account Directors.
Furthermore you make sure that you have knowledge of Dynata's complete product portfolio and that you can communicate this clearly to others.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and implement a sales strategy and achieve your annual turnover target.
Ensure the development and expansion of your customer relationships. You do this by closing deals, up- and cross-selling and managing customer expectations. In consultation with the team, you determine the right strategy for pricing.
You call, e-mail or visit your customers to determine their needs, to follow up on your outstanding proposals or to present new products. You will also establish contacts with new connections in order to further expand your network. You make sure that clients are happy with Dynata and want to work with us.
Of course, you take care of the correct reporting in the CRM system and for setting targets on a quarterly and annual basis. You also provide the correct (sales) forecast on a regular basis (week, quarter and year).
You are the point of contact for solving possible problems for the customer and work together with our project managers.
You are present at the important events and ensure the acquisition of market knowledge and the expansion of your network. Naturally, you are aware of the latest news and developments in the market.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
