Description:
The Account Developer – Churn plays a critical role in winning back recently lost business from small and mid-sized customers. In this high-energy inside sales role, you will engage customers through phone, video, and digital channels, identify opportunities to re-establish relationships, and help organizations discover the value of Staples solutions. What you’ll be doing:
Engage customers with declining or lost business through phone, video, and digital outreach.
Analyze customer purchasing trends and identify opportunities for reactivation.
Drive customer win-back, retention, and revenue growth.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain high activity levels, including outbound calls and customer engagements.
Manage sales funnel and pipeline through close.
Deliver exceptional customer service and issue resolution.
Partner with category specialists and customer service teams to drive growth.
Develop customer-specific solutions, proposals, and pricing strategies.
Participate in ongoing sales and product training programs.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or sales support.
Experience with B2B sales processes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Strong organization, communication, and customer relationship skills.
Results-oriented, self-starter mentality.
Ability to meet or exceed sales and profit goals.
What’s needed - Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Industry knowledge is a plus.
Experience with CRM tools and virtual selling environments.
