The Account Coordinator will drive the day-to-day interactions with internal teams and develop an effective relationship with them, while representing the interests of the customer, and delivering a best-in-class customer journey. As a leader in customer satisfaction, the Account Coordinator will own and plan the management of production jobs in addition to reporting on the business metrics required to meet/exceed customer and Cartamundi KPI’s. To meet/exceed these KPIs, the Account Coordinator will effectively work directly with customers and multiple internal teams to identify risks, and plan, monitor, and measure the project schedules, forecast changes, and production status.
What you'll do as an Account Coordinator/Administrative Assistant:
- Provide information via company systems for production estimates, job tickets, production plans and schedule requests.
- Oversee print & pack out jobs during their lifespan from receiving orders to invoicing
- Ensure that job information is accurate and entered in a timely manner to ensure that jobs are executed properly
- Multi-task multiple projects to ensure that all print jobs are tracking on schedule
- Co-host pre-production meetings with department managers for all new projects
- Create product production plans for production team to follow
- Coordinate sample requirements with quality department for clients
- Create product production report for daily production output
- Perform spot quality checks at the finishing process to ensure product integrity
- Communicate effectively with internal teams (production, QC, finance, scheduling, purchasing, shipping and warehouse) to ensure all teams are aligned to complete jobs to customer’s satisfaction
- Contribute to the team hitting quarterly and annual account sales targets
- Effectively manage customer expectations and on-time schedule performance
- Effectively plan and clearly communicate accurate schedules and performance data
- Compile and analyze manufacturing and account data to solve business challenges and clearly present business performance on a weekly and monthly basis
We’re looking for an Account Coordinator who has knowledge of and experience with:
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Project management experience
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Experience with quotation processes and calculation tools
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Experience in a large format, fast-paced printing company preferred
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred

Our manufacturing Plant is comprised of enclosed office and manufacturing space. This position requires the ability to:
- Move throughout the entire facility to attend to various issues
- Work effectively in teams across functional groups with strong communication skills and the ability to lead
- Perform sedentary work on various computer systems
- This Account Coordinator position is located on-site in our Dallas facility
