Magnite is seeking a passionate and driven Account Coordinator, Demand Solutions, Canada to join our Toronto-based Demand Solutions team. Reporting to the Senior Account Director, Demand Solutions, Canada, this role will support our executive sales team while leading campaign management for a growing portfolio of clients. You’ll collaborate closely with both Sales and Publisher Account Management to deliver seamless execution and exceptional results. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with a commitment to delivering best-in-class support and strategic value to our advertiser clients.

In this role you will:  

  • Provide pre-pitch sales support to our executive sales team by facilitating the creation of sales materials, customized site lists, inventory forecasts and strategic recommendations aligned with client KPIs

  • Launch, optimize, and monitor a portfolio of managed service and programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms in the Canadian market

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients throughout the campaign lifecycle

  • Generate performance reports across platforms, analyze data, and proactively troubleshoot to ensure campaign success

  • Develop comprehensive post-campaign reports and insights to drive performance optimization and foster repeat business

  • Develop and maintain high-impact sales collateral to support revenue generation and client acquisition

  • Collaborate with our Publisher Account Management team to identify opportunities for growth of client and partner base
     

We’re looking for someone with: 

  • BA/BS degree preferred

  • 1 year of work experience in advertising, media, or a related field

  • Experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented job

  • Understanding of digital advertising industry, and programmatic market a plus

  • Exceptional customer service and organizational skills are must

  • Must be able to work well independently and in a team environment

  • Efficient multi-tasking and project management skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, ability to communicate clients and colleagues
