Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Analyze customer data to monitor key metrics such as asset usage, stock levels, and transaction discrepancies, delivering actionable insights that optimize operations and enhance client relationships.
- Work closely with customers and Account Managers to resolve audit discrepancies, improve asset management practices, and address any transactional challenges.
- Coordinate administrative functions, including contract management, billing accuracy, and audit resolution, ensuring seamless account operations.
- Foster strong client relationships by providing timely support and tailored solutions that drive operational efficiency and improve supply chain management.
- Prepare and analyze KPI reports, offering insights on performance against targets and identifying areas for improvement to support customer growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Logistics, IT) to streamline data flows and improve processes that enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to ensure all customer needs are addressed, balancing day-to-day account management with time-sensitive demands.

Purpose of the Role- The main responsibility of the role is to support execution of a local Commercial team to expand CHEP’s market penetration in line with the commercial policy.
- Responsible for managing and supporting CRM team and CHEP’s portfolio of mid-tier customers across all relevant sectors.
Key Accountabilities
- Support for the Sales and Account Executive team
- Prepare presentations, offers, reports and contract drafts for the Sales Field team
- Coordinate new business opportunities – Contact prospects from the office via e-mail or phone. Populate the sales pipeline via the calls program. Talk with potential customers to clarify equipment needs. Evaluate the size, value and timing of the opportunity.
- Prepare client contracts
- Manage Credit Check and new account creation process management
- Collaboration and handover to customer service team
- Manage Client Database, set up of client accounts
- Regular reporting of the field activity for management
- Ensure the use of Salesforce in an adequate way
- Supports field team in the reception & treatment of customer data
- Supports and manages the field workflow to the appropriated area, via Salesforce & SAP
- improving the sales effectiveness of the field teams by analyzing the field activity and creating reports out of the mass information
- Customer Visits with Account Executive and support in Audit process
Ensure the Field sales team is fully equipped with sales materials like brochures, presentations, promotional items.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within customer organizations.
- Collaborate with local business teams where required to ensure seamless communication.
Qualifications
- Recent University Graduate (bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field) or minimum 3rd year completed University.
- Min. 0-1 years office experience in administrative role
- Proactive and good team player for support
- Open to build new relationship and feedback
- Proven track record in commercial negotiation, customer communications, and project management
