Position Overview: As a Senior Account Based Marketing Manager, AMER at Autodesk, you will be responsible for marketing Autodesk’s products or services to target accounts in the Americas (AMER) region. You will leverage various marketing channels and tactics to attract and nurture prospects through the funnel and ultimately drive growth. You will collaborate with the Sales team to develop and execute account-specific marketing plans that support sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities: What You Will Do:
• Identify target accounts in the AMER region and create detailed marketing plans and strategies to engage and convert key decision-makers
• Design and execute multi-channel Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, including email, digital advertising, direct mail, and events, to reach and influence key decision-makers
• Analyze and report on the performance of ABM campaigns to optimize strategies and improve ROI and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Work closely with the content team to create compelling and relevant content, such as case studies, whitepapers, and personalize contents, tailored to the needs and interests of target accounts
• Manage the ABM budget and ensure the efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact and achieve campaign goals

Minimum Qualifications
• Experience in developing and executing ABM campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue at a SaaS company
• Strong understanding of the AMER market, including cultural nuances and regional differences with the ability to tailor marketing strategies to diverse audiences across the region
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
• Proven ability to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and derive actionable insights from data to optimize marketing campaigns
• Expertise in personalization techniques to create customized marketing messages and experiences for target accounts
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing account scoring models to prioritize target accounts effectively
Strong knowledge of account-based marketing platforms with the ability to leverage these tools to enhance ABM campaigns
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation with the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize budget performance
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM software, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations that influence senior stakeholders

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $112,600 and $182,160. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
