The Role You'll PlayThis person will work with our ClassPass Product- Being the trusted face of ClassPass, building strong relationships with fitness and wellness partners across diverse regions.
Confidently communicate the value of our tools, products, and platform, helping partners maximize their business potential.
Navigate technical questions and troubleshoot issues with clarity, ensuring partners feel heard, supported, and empowered.
Advocate for partners internally by highlighting feature requests, flagging bugs, and championing improvements that drive better experiences.
Become an expert in our offerings and systems to provide thoughtful, policy-aligned solutions.
Flex your negotiation skills to drive product adoption, support custom agreements, and retain valued partnerships.
Deliver exceptional service by managing a high volume of partner communications with speed and precision.
Support cross-functional teams as needed to deliver seamless experiences across the partner journey.
Skilled communicator who connects effortlessly across a range of audiences and situations.
Emerging strategic thinker who aligns daily actions with team and business-wide goals.
Strong relationship builder with a passion for supporting small business owners and entrepreneurs.

1+ year of experience in client services, account management, or a related field — or equivalent real-world experience.
Exceptional English and Spanish fluency (verbal and written communication skills are required in both languages).
