Account Assistant (Internship)

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Support Finance team in various accounting functions by preparing or conducting accounting verification of expense reimbursements and payments, back-up documentation and assisting in other financial related work to meet customer satisfaction, dead-lines and internal standards. This role will be based in Tuas, Singapore and reporting to Assistant Manager, Accounting & AP.

• Process and review supplier invoices for accuracy and timely payment.

• Manage and process staff expense reimbursements and related payments.

• Provide support during the migration to the new system (Evergreen), including data cleansing and verification of data mapping.

• Communicate with internal departments to ensure compliance.

• Assist in day-to-day finance operations.

What We Look For:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Positive working attitude, willingness to learn and attention to detail.

• Basic Microsoft Excel skill.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Able to have 6 months internship.
