Role Summary
The role involves sending cancellation and transaction reports to finance, addressing dark store inquiries, handling voucher requests, updating the refund response sheet, and ensuring accuracy across related documents. It also requires prompt communication on Slack.
What’s On Your Plate?
Prepare and send cancellation reports to the finance team.
Compile and forward incomplete transaction reports to the finance team.
Address and resolve inquiries from the dark store team.
Manage and respond to communications related to voucher requests.
Update and oversee the refund response sheet, ensuring accuracy across the finance tracker and related documentation.
Ensuring timely and efficient responses to inquiries on Slack.
What Did We Order?
Bachelor Degree is a MUST
Clear military service status.
Strong analytical skills.
Familiarity with Google Docs and general office software.
Customer service experience is a plus
Skills in investigation, auditing, and monitoring.
Advanced problem-solving abilities.
