Accommodation Manager - NSW

We’re searching for the ultimate Accommodation Manager, a guru in rooms and rates and the smile of the accommodation team making every guests stay fell like a home away from home!

  • Salary from $76,250 - $79,500 Base + Super + Team Discounts

A day in the life of an Accommodation Manager:

  • Strategically manage room rates & booking channels keeping us ahead of the game

  • Be a key part of the leadership team, working closely with the Publican, Accom and Guest Services Teams creating home away from home experiences

  • Manage online reviews. We know we deliver the goods, everyone else should too

  • You welcome your guests like long lost cousins

Inherent requirements:

  • This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

  • You’ve got the experience, confidence, and pride to own the Accommodation Team 

  • Hospitality runs through your veins and guest satisfaction is your driver

  • You’re standards are found in the dictionary under ‘perfection’
