Key Responsibilities
Application Access Control Management
Administer, monitor, and maintain different cloud application access control systems.
User Management
Create, modify, and deactivate access credentials for employees, ensuring accurate records of all individuals granted access.
Security Compliance
Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and industry regulations regarding access control.
Internal and External Audits
Ensure internal and external audits and coordination with different teams.
Incident Response
Investigate and respond to any security incidents related to unauthorized access, system malfunctions, or security breaches.
System Maintenance
Perform regular maintenance on access control hardware and software, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with IT and facilities teams for system upgrades or repairs.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of access logs, incidents, and system performance reports. Generate reports for management as needed.
Training & Support
Provide training and support to employees and contractors on access control procedures and system usage.
Collaboration
Work closely with security personnel, facilities teams, and IT staff to ensure seamless integration of access control systems with other security and building management systems.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in security management, IT, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
Proven 3 to 4 years’ experience in access control.
Familiarity with access control systems and software.
Lahore base only.
Skills & Knowledge
Strong knowledge of access control best practices and security protocols.
Technical proficiency in security systems, databases, and software.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information.
Certifications (Preferred)
Certified Protection Professional (CPP)
Physical Security Professional (PSP)
Other security-related certifications (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+)
