Responsibilities
· Deployment (DEP) comprises the provision of an end-to-end process for RAN/MW site acceptance.
· The Site Acceptance manages the field activities for the whole or part of the project geographical zone, leveraging resources (internal, Service Companies, 3rd party suppliers) to manage site acceptances and ensuring the acceptances meet the agreed scope and contractual obligations and within forecasted costs, time, and required quality.
· Manages mid-term resource plan (internal and external capacity) based on business forecast and organisation targets for a medium country or field sub-market unit, working independently in an environment of medium business complexity.
· Manages internal resources, developing competences through training plan, coaching, best practice sharing, etc.
· With respect to the geographical area and complexity business, accountable for the cost and quality efficient execution of all field services so that they respect customers Service Level Agreements (SLA), scope of work, quality requirements and control process execution.
· Escalation points for any unresolved issue.
· Ensures resources readiness (internal, 3rd party supplier) and availability with relevant competences according to needs of all projects planned on the assigned geography.
· Work close with relevant team the country 3rd party supplier strategy, defines local standard service catalogs and participates to supplier selection and supplier performance review process.
· Follows up and monitors 3rd party supplier overall operational performance (quality, costs, etc) mitigating any quality issues.
· Validates the offer preparation / tendering costing and dimensioning of Field internal resource and supplier capacity in own geography.
Knowledge & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Project Management, or related field with 3–5 years of experience in telecom rollout, field operations, or site acceptance management.
· Proven experience in managing end-to-end RAN/MW site acceptance processes, ensuring delivery in line with contractual scope, SLA requirements, quality standards, and project timelines.
· Strong ability to manage multi-site acceptance activities across a defined geographical area, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and third-party service providers.
· Experience in resource planning and capacity management, including forecasting, allocation of internal/external resources, and ensuring readiness of skilled field teams.
· Strong capability in managing cost, quality, and performance of field services, ensuring efficient execution aligned with project and customer requirements.
· Experience acting as an escalation point for unresolved field or acceptance issues, ensuring timely resolution and risk mitigation.
Strong knowledge of supplier and subcontractor management, including performance monitoring, evaluation, and participation in supplier selection processes
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Project Management, or related field
