Type: Full-Time | Adhoc | Renewable based on performance
Compensation: ₹10–12 Lakhs per annum (commensurate with experience)
Experience Required: 3–5 years in academic operations or program management
The Academic Operations Specialist will lead and oversee the operational execution of the AI Minor program. This includes managing workflows, assessments, and stakeholder coordination to ensure academic excellence and efficiency.
Lead academic operations, scheduling, content release, and exam logistics.
Coordinate assessments and compliance activities.
Supervise support teams and manage vendor relations.
Communicate with stakeholders and oversee issue resolution.
Advanced proficiency in LMS platforms and data analysis tools.
Leadership experience in managing teams and academic timelines.
Background in education management, operations, or business administration.

Vicharanashala Lab for Education Design (VLED) at IIT Ropar is a collaborative innovation hub founded by IIT Ropar and ExcelSoft Technologies. It researches and designs transformative, digital-first learning experiences using pedagogical methods, creative storytelling, structured content, visuals, interactivity, and adaptive pathways.
