Asst. Brand Manager Cornetto 
Location: Grha Unilever 
The Ice Cream division at Unilever is preparing to stand on its own, aiming to become an independent, EUR 8.3 billion publicly listed company by the end of 2025. JOB PURPOSE: 

As Cornetto ABM, you will be stepping into a role that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning on strategical thinking, shaping you to be a well-rounded Brand Manager in the future You are here to defend the leadership of the brands through launching Impactful Innovations and building the most relevant and meaningful brand for Indonesian Teens by Speaking their language and always keep up with the trend . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Understand the Ice Cream competitive landscape and assist in building the brand strategy to deliver growth 

  • Act as the guardian of the brand through Brand Guidelines implementation in both ATL & BTL  

  • Lead OTIF NPD deployments as the key to Portfolio Transformation 

  • Lead Brand Campaign Development and Executions, including Social Media Strategy and Executions 

  • Align with Regional & Global Team to drive innovations and communication strategy

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 

  • 1-4 years’ experience in Brand Marketing (4-5 years overall). 

  • Hunger to learn & succeed 

  • High growth mindset

  • Good business acumen with end-to-end understanding to P&L and operations 

  • Driven team player with passion for growth 

  • Strategic Influencing with cross functional teams 

  • Excellent project management skills for managing complex networks (local and import products)

As publicly announced, Unilever will separate its Ice Cream business which is expected by the end of 2025. This role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company.
