This Position reports to:
Project Operations Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Leading the project team allocated to the project
- Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials
- Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued
- Securing the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract
- Preparing and maintaining a project management plan
- Managing project schedule, cost, and scope
- Organizing project meetings, tracking project changes through change management meetings
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project's progress
- Coach and support team members
- Follow up and utilize the customers' standards/ requirements
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electric & Electronics, Control & Automation or Mechanical Engineering
- Min. 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the Robotic industry
- Experience in the consumer products sectors, food and beverage sectors
- Advanced level of English. Knowledge of Turkish
- Preferably PMP certificated (or equivalent) and knowledge of Waterfall/ Scrum & Agile framework
- Good methodological and problem-solving skills
- Experienced MS Project, MS Planner or other project management tools and MS Office 365 applications
- Knowledge of compliance, negotiation and communication methods, change& claim management, risk & opportunity management, Health & Safety Regulations
- Experience of machine safety and ISO standards, machine safety standards training certificate
- Develop positive customer connections and take responsibility for customer management
- Driving license is required and no restriction to travel within Türkiye and abroad
