  • Maintain clear issue logs, action plans, owners, timelines, and status updates to support timely resolution and accountability.
  • Analyze recurring issues and themes to identify root causes, systemic control gaps, or opportunities for process improvement.

  • Coordinate with Commercial, Sourcing, Legal, and business stakeholders to help ensure third-party risk reviews are completed efficiently, consistently, and in line with ABAC requirements.
  • Assist in identifying and documenting due diligence red flags, mitigation steps, approvals, and closure evidence.
  • Provide operational support and guidance to stakeholders on ABAC-related third-party management processes and issue resolution.

Reporting, Metrics & Audit Support

  • Assist with internal audits, external audits, regulatory inquiries, and compliance reviews by helping provide accurate, timely, and well-organized information.
  • Help maintain evidence of control execution, issue remediation, and process governance in a manner that supports audit readiness and defensibility.

Cross-Functional Compliance Support

  • Partner with training and communications stakeholders to support training materials, guidance, and communications related to ABAC processes, tools, and control expectations.
