As a Client Transition Advisor, you will serve as the primary coordinator for client onboarding, implementation and transition projects, guiding new and existing clients through the implementation of banking products, services, and operational changes. Working directly with clients, bankers, and internal partners, you will manage multiple concurrent onboarding and transition projects, facilitate client readiness, coordinate implementation activities, deliver training, and help ensure successful adoption of new services.The ideal candidate combines strong client relationship management, project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. This role requires careful attention to detail, proactive stakeholder communication, and a commitment to delivering a positive client experience throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Manage multiple client onboarding and transition engagements concurrently, coordinating activities across clients, bankers, sales representatives, and internal support teams.
- Develop and maintain implementation plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and action items to ensure onboarding and transition engagements remain on track and aligned with client expectations.
- Serve as a primary client contact throughout the implementation process, proactively identifying obstacles, driving resolution of issues, and ensuring stakeholders remain informed of progress, milestones, risks, and next steps.
- Manage communication and coordination across clients, bankers, sales representatives, vendors, and internal partners to ensure stakeholder alignment, timely decision-making, and successful implementation outcomes.
- Coordinate the successful implementation of banking products, services, integrations, and operational changes in support of client objectives.
- Schedule, facilitate, and lead client meetings, implementation calls, training sessions, and go-live activities while ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and within established timelines. Educate clients on operational best practices and risk considerations related to their banking services.
- Support continuous improvement of implementation processes, client communications, training materials, and operational procedures. Identify opportunities to improve the client experience, reduce implementation friction, and enhance consistency across onboarding and transition engagements.
What you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, professional services, project management, treasury management services, financial services, or a related client-facing field.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements, implementations, onboarding projects, or customer-facing workstreams in a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment highly preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices preferred.
- Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
