We need an English-fluent PART- TIME Full Stack Developer with Web Design Skills, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain corporate websites (WordPress, custom PHP/HTML/CSS).
- Create and manage content templates for easy updates and scalability.
- Set up demo environments and install client projects on servers
- (uploading/downloading code, zip file handling).
- Redesign the existing corporate site for a modern, mobile-friendly look (80%+ mobile user base).
- Customize HTML templates and WordPress themes to better suit the branding and user experience requirements.
- Support city/airport destination products with regular web content updates and demo creation.
- Implement front-end designs with a strong eye for aesthetics, responsiveness, and usability.
- Suggest and implement new ideas and improvements for ongoing and future web projects.
- Ensure a smooth handover of client downloads and project setup for operational teams.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer and Web Designer.
Proficient in:
○ Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
○ Back-End: PHP (especially WordPress customizations).
Ability to handle basic hosting tasks: uploading/downloading files, setting up demo
environments.
Design experience: Ability to make websites visually appealing, mobile-optimized, and
user-friendly.
Strong experience with mobile-first design and modern responsive frameworks.
Familiarity with corporate-scale website requirements.
Comfortable with WordPress theme and plugin customization.
Basic understanding of server management (cPanel, FTP, zip file installations).
Fluent in English (B2 level minimum) — language accent is not an issue.
Ability to work with international teams (German, U.S., LATAM collaborators).
New ideas and creativity are highly valued.
Reliable and independent: Able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,000 - $1,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
