We need an English-fluent Web Developer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive websites using modern web technologies — primarily Headless WordPress and JavaScript — with a focus on animation and motion.
- Build custom themes and plugins in WordPress, integrating with APIs for dynamic content delivery.
- Collaborate to create rich, interactive user experiences, emphasizing performance and accessibility.
- Test, troubleshoot, and debug issues to ensure high availability and optimal performance of web applications.
- Write clean, reusable code and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Stay up to date with the latest web technologies and trends to enhance the company’s digital presence.
- Establish and maintain web development best practices.
- Manage, improve, and address accrued technical debt.
- Prioritize and resolve existing and future bugs and accessibility issues.
- Provide page-level technical optimizations.
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and scalability.
- Work closely with designers and content creators to bring creative visions to life.
- Coordinate with other developers to ensure seamless integration between front-end and server-side functionality.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in web development, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
- Experienced in working in collaborative environments using tools like Jira, Slack, or similar.
- Proficient in modern front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
- Skilled in WordPress development, including custom themes, plugins, and integrations.
- Familiar with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Knowledgeable in version control systems like Git.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Able to work independently in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining precision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $5,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
