We are currently looking for a skilled Quality Data Analyst - Mid to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible to:

• Provide regular (daily, weekly, etc.) tracking status to the designated Team Leader and BO Team through reports, statistics, and deliverable evidence defined in conjunction with Ford Team Leaders and BO Team

• Propose the reports, statistics to be tracked and deliverables evidence format.

• Ford Team Leaders and BO Team will concur the proposal and request modifications when required.

• Deliverables must be previously reviewed.

• Responsible to meet and present fully feasible Ford deliverables according to timing and milestones.

• Develop invention disclosures as required.

• Responsible of tracking the versioning control methods.

• Provide a summary report to BO Team at the end of the Purchase Order, which should include: deliverables, timing, achievements and improvements.

The ideal candidate for the Quality Data Analyst - Mid position should possess the following qualifications:

Technical Abilities

• Automotive Experience and basic understanding of vehicle architectures and components.

• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel (pivots) and databases.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize dynamic work load from different sources and collaborate with offsite teams.

• +2 years of expirience in Quality Data Analyst

Soft Skills

• Willingness to work and grow with Alten in an automotive environment.

• Support the team with schedule flexibility (e.g., attending meetings at 6:00 am if necessary).

• Problem-solving skills (e.g., root cause analysis...).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Fluent English (daily interaction with a U.S. Supervisor).
