We need an English-fluent Web Developer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Front-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive web pages and UI components that align with our brand guidelines.
- CMS Management: Regularly update, configure, and troubleshoot issues within our Content Management System, ensuring content is easily manageable and optimized for SEO.
- Maintenance & Optimization: Conduct routine website maintenance, ensuring optimal performance, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile responsiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our design, marketing, and backend teams to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and deliver a consistent and effective online experience.
- Infrastructure Support: Provide basic support for infrastructure elements (e.g., DNS configurations, hosting environments) to ensure website reliability and uptime.
- Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing of new features and updates to ensure a seamless user experience and address potential bugs promptly.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of web development experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (such as React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with CMS platforms, especially Strapi and Directus.
- Basic knowledge of web hosting, DNS, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Understanding of version control systems, especially Git.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, web performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and strong attention to detail.
- Experience with server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for web development.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position includes a 3-month trial period, with the possibility of extension to a long-term.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
