We need an English-fluent Pro Assistant, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
- Replying to emails and taking messages.
- Resolving office-related issues.
- Ordering materials and new purchase orders.
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Proactively think ahead to anticipate needs and address potential issues before they arise.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an office environment, preferably in an administrative position.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Flexibility and the capacity to prioritize new tasks.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent writing skills – strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Self-organization.
- Experience with Customer Support.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient English skills (both written and spoken).
- Quick learner with new software and computer tools.
- Ability to understand tasks after being told once.
- Forward-thinking and proactive mindset.
- Reliable in managing tasks beyond the immediate scope of work.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $700 - $900 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
