We need an English-fluent PART-TIME Social Media Specialist, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the business goals.
- Create various forms of social media content (text captions, videos, and images) suitable for the various social media platforms: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Publish posts according to the established social media content calendar.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and helps the company maximize engagement, reach, and sales.
- Ensure every piece of content you create aligns with our brand voice.
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
- Ability to turn a concept into compelling content.
- Ability to incorporate our brand voice and identity in digital content.
- Extensive knowledge of the popular social media platforms.
- Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms—LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Experience working with B2B.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Ability to work with creative tools like Figma, Adobe and Canva.
- Excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience working with US companies.
It's a plus:
- Experience as an influencer, doing videos and with exceptional communication skills.
Compensation:
- This is a PART-TIME position - 20 hours/week
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $300 - $500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The developer will work REMOTELY.
