What you'll do:
- Ensure the Product conformance to the Technology Specifications (Open RAN, 3GPP).
- Contribute to review the design of new radio cellular features (e.g. rate adaptation, power control, scheduler, interference mitigation);
- Challenge the implemented solutions and suggest improvements.
- Take ownership of features from early Proof of Concept, then during their SW implementation and release to customers.
- Analyze cellular systems issues reported from internal labs or observed in the field by customers.
What you should have:
- 5 years of experience in 3GPP Radio protocols (on LTE or 5G) - Must
- Good knowledge of wireless communication theory.
- Product and Customer-oriented, with a high curiosity for Innovative solutions.
- Experienced system engineer, including specification definition, verification, SW development methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to thrive in a global multi-site environment.
- Fluent English.
Education:
- B.Sc. with a major in communication theory and systems and/or signal processing.
