- Strong governance on managing open items and working with respective teams to resolve timely
- Follow standard operating procedures and update documentation when process changes are applied
- Good analytical skill to research balances and take appropriate action to resolve discrepancies
- Ability to identify valid or invalid support for reconciliation balances and proactively address concerns
