The Role

401(k) Implementation Specialist
$60-75K DOE | Full time | Hybrid- North Phoenix (101 & Cave Creek)

At eBacon, we're constructing the future of workforce management for the construction industry, and we need your expertise to lay the foundation for our clients' retirement success. No physical hammering required - just the ability to nail every implementation!

eBacon is a specialized Workforce Management software company focused on certified payroll solutions for the construction industry. You will partner with a team of industry specialists to implement our comprehensive software solutions - all designed to help contractors and subcontractors avoid risk and become more profitable. Working alongside our advanced in-house development team, you'll leverage our ability to rapidly respond to market needs with unique products that solve real-world problems. You'll be the go-to person for our new 401k and Fringe Trust clients, gathering requirements, providing top-notch training, and managing multiple implementations while building strong client relationships.
Job Snapshot:

  • Guide clients through the entire 401(k) and Fringe Trust Implementation journey
  • Create and deliver engaging welcome meetings and enrollment demos
  • Provide stellar training on our 401(k) and Fringe Trust offerings that increase participation in the retirement plans
  • Juggle multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality service
  • Ensure regulatory compliance throughout the transition process
  • Travel approximately 25% of the time to client sites for face-to-face implementations


Key Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in 401(k) implementation or client onboarding, benefits consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of retirement plans, trust mechanisms, and ERISA regulations
  • Ability to explain complex retirement concepts in simple, understandable terms
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Customer service mindset with a focus on building client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal


Preferred Skills:

  • SQL knowledge
  • Matrix/Broadridge as a provider
  • Previous TPA experience a huge plus+
