Own full-cycle new-logo sales across the West region, from cold outreach and qualification through business-case development and contract closing. Prospect outbound, conduct discovery, deliver demos, manage price objections, and close B2B SaaS deals ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 ARR. Build and manage the territory pipeline independently while learning construction-industry HR, payroll, and prevailing-wage compliance requirements.

Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to construction contractors, identify qualified leads, and schedule meetings for regional account executives. Manage a dedicated HubSpot database, target approximately ten meetings weekly, and learn to discuss certified payroll and Davis-Bacon compliance. The role requires resilience with frequent rejection, clear written communication, and consistent prospecting activity.

Develop and manage AI-enabled B2B content workflows across email, web, social, blogs, and advertising. Own GEO/AEO strategy, executive ghostwriting, prompt libraries, AI style guides, and quality assurance. Execute email campaigns, analyze performance metrics, evaluate AI and automation tools, and partner with the Copy Lead on messaging and workflow optimization.

Manage a dedicated client portfolio, process payroll accurately, troubleshoot payroll issues, support payroll procedures, integrate client submissions into payroll software, and answer employer and employee questions. The role requires strong customer service, multitasking across payroll cycles, and experience with SaaS payroll platforms. Construction payroll, certified payroll, prevailing wage, and PEO or ASO experience are preferred.

Manage a dedicated client list to run accurate payroll, provide technical payroll support, integrate client submissions into eBacon software, and serve as first point of contact for employer and employee payroll questions.

Lead end-to-end client onboarding for payroll software, gather requirements, provide HRIS and payroll training, manage multiple accounts, coordinate cross-functional teams, document implementations, meet timelines and weekly deliverables, resolve client issues, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.
