We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Manual Tester - MID to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive testing processes, identifying quality assurance issues, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the definition of ECU configuration and setup preparation for testing both basic and complex features.
• Conduct manual and semi-automated testing on the test bench.
• Analyze requirements for the creation of test cases and test plans.
• Assist in technical reviews of test cases and plans from Junior/Intermediate testers.
• Report and analyze software defects and collaborate on their resolution.
• Report and address issues in testing procedures to continuously improve test plans.
• Support the execution of tests for complex features.
• Assist in defining ECU simulation requirements for bench testing.
• Help resolve issues and blockers reported by other testers.
• Support the validation of critical defects that impede progress.
• Generate and enhance documentation to improve testing efficiency.
• Provide support, as needed, in generating testing KPIs to monitor testing progress, blockers, and test completion.

2 years (including professional experience, internships, and community service) with:

• Communication Protocols: Cloud or in-vehicle protocols (CAN, Ethernet, IP, MQTT, LIN)
• National Instruments: Proficiency in LabVIEW
• CAN Tools: Experience with Vector, Intrepid, etc.
• NI HiL Automation Tools: Experience with TestStand
• Testing Techniques: Functional, non-functional, performance, and integration testing (ISTQB)
• Testing Methodologies: Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Troubleshooting: Proficient in resolving issues on test benches and hardware/software (HW SW)
• Requirements Management Tools: Familiarity with Polarion, JIRA, VSEM, Doors
• V-Model Process: Understanding of the V-model process
• Infotainment & Connectivity Testing: Experience in infotainment, connectivity, or driver information system testing
