As we move forward with new projects and continue expanding our Merch Store, we are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role,  oversee our end-to-end supply chain and 3PL partners. In this mid-level role, an ideal person should be able to coordinate the movement of goods, managing customs and compliance documentation, maintaining inventory, and be a point of contact for our support team and 3PL warehouse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations and ensure goods move on time and without issues.
  • Manage inbound shipments from production partners to warehouses and 3PL partners, including verification of documentation and quantities.
  • Coordinate 3PL & shipping logistics across Europe and North America 
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and variance follow-up.
  • Organize shipments to selected distributors and manage order workflows in 3PL systems.
    Monitor 3PL performance, follow up on operational issues when needed, and collaborate with other departments, including Finance, Legal, Support, and Publishing.
  • Prepare, collect, verify, and review shipping, customs, and invoice documentation for international shipments.
  • Support returns and other reverse logistics processes.

Requirements

  • Experience working with 3PL, warehouse, or logistics systems.
  • Experience coordinating international shipments and working with carriers or logistics partners.
  • Practical knowledge of customs and shipping documentation, including HS codes, clearance workflows, and legal regulations applicable to transport.
  • Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Good understanding of ecommerce fulfilment and end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Confidence working with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Proficiency in English at C1 level or above.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Sylius.
  • Experience with WMS or fulfillment platforms such as ShipHero, Mintsoft, or ShipBob.
  • Experience in the gaming industry.
