・Maya, Blender, MotionBuilder などの使用経験

・Unityでのアニメーション実装経験（State Machine, Timeline, Animation Rigging など）

・能動的に動き、チームの問題解決に貢献できる人

・プロジェクトへの忠誠心があり、チームを引っ張れるリーダーシップ

・プロジェクトのビジョンを理解し、忠誠心を持って貢献する姿勢がある人
