仕事内容
● ゲーム内の キャラクターアニメーション制作・ディレクション
● 各キャラクターの 個性や演出を重視したモーション設計
● 手付けアニメーションの品質管理 と スタイルガイドの策定
● Unityでのアニメーション実装・調整
● 他部署（リギング、プログラム、デザイン）と協力し、モーションの最適化やパイプラインの構築
● 能動的に課題を発見し、解決策を提案・実行
応募条件
● 3Dモーション制作経験 5年以上（ゲーム業界経験者優遇）
● モーションリードまたはシニアアニメーターとしての実務経験
● キャラクターごとの個性や演出を考えたアニメーションが得意な人
● Maya, Blender, MotionBuilder などの使用経験
● Unityでのアニメーション実装経験（State Machine, Timeline, Animation Rigging など）
● 能動的に動き、チームの問題解決に貢献できる人
● プロジェクトへの忠誠心があり、チームを引っ張れるリーダーシップ
● プロジェクトのビジョンを理解し、忠誠心を持って貢献する姿勢がある人
● 日本語でのコミュニケーションが取れること

● 物理演算やプロシージャルアニメーションの知識
● リギングの基礎知識
● 英語のコミュニケーションスキル
