Job Description
- Concept Development: Collaborating with designers to understand project requirements and create visual concepts.
- 3D Modeling and Rendering: Creating detailed 3D models and realistic renderings using software like 3ds Max, Corona Renderer
- Texturing and Lighting: Applying textures and setting up lighting to enhance realism in scenes or products.
- Post-Production: Refining renders with editing software like Photoshop or After Effects to improve final images.
- Revisions and Feedback: Making adjustments based on Lead designer/designer feedback to ensure the final product meets expectations.
- Staying Updated: Keeping up with industry trends and advancements in software and technology to continuously improve the quality of work.
- Work with internal teams to generate ideas for proposals and improvements;
- Maintain projects and communicate clear delivery dates;
- Participate in design reviews, team meetings, brainstorming sessions;
- Prepare source files for development and supervise its implementation;
- Complete work prior to deadline;
- Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications.
- Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work;
- Participate in meetings and regular design reviews;
- Mentoring junior and mid-weight colleagues;
- Report to direct manager.
- The employee is responsible for proper, high quality and timely execution of his job obligations;
- The employee is responsible for a final design amendments based on Lead designer/designer comments and gain full approval.
Qualifications
- Secondary (higher, special etc.) education
- Professional or bachelor’s degree in design;
- Advanced English language, both verbal and written;
- Up to 2 years of professional experience;
- Solid understanding of design principles;
- Solid knowledge of Autodesk 3ds Max;
- Solid knowledge of Corona Renderer;
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop and After Effects;
- Solid knowledge of Autocad;
- Good understanding of neural networks (Stable Diffusion etc);
- Knowledge of design trends;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team;
- Ability to work under tight deadlines;
- Ability to provide actionable feedback;
- Ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and others;
- Creative thinking, problem-solving, passion and attention to details;
- Understanding of online gaming industry.
