Skills Required
- Hands-on experience in US P&C business
- In-depth experience in claims management and end-to-end claim lifecycle
- Experience across voice, back-office and blended claims processes
- Strong people leader with ability to lead and engage large teams
- Experience leading transitions for large (100+ FTE) processes, preferably within claims
- Adept in client management and relationship management
- Strong financial acumen with working knowledge of P&L management, revenue and GM forecast cycles
- Proven track record in process improvement and transformation
- Strong contract management and governance experience
- Working knowledge of new-age technologies in the P&C space and industry trends
- Experience leading large-scale client visits
- Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence with internal and external stakeholders
