Overview:
Assists in providing 340B financial analysis. Ensures 340B claims meet eligibility criteria. Assist the Executive Director, Accountable Entity in maximizing 340B Revenue. Demonstrates advanced proficiency in data management and Microsoft Office, along with the ability to work independently through task completion. Works closely with referral team and is responsible for 340B referral program maximization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
•Conducts audits for compliance with OPA/HRSA and other regulatory bodies relating to 340B claims.
•Assists in developing and updating documents, processes, and procedures for daily operations and monthly financial reporting
•Assists in preparing reports regarding 340b business operations, revenue and expenses.
•Navigates EHR to verify 340B eligible claims.
•Processes and documents new 340B eligible referral claims.
•Works closely with referral team and medical records to ensure appropriate documentation exists within EHR.
•Develops referral program capabilities and processes to ensure 340b program maximization
•Responsible for the oversight and operation of the Par8o and ReferDoc business at PCHC.
Qualifications:
•Minimum two years of experience required analyzing data and creating reports preferred.
•Minimum one year of experience navigating electronic health record data preferred.
Education:
•Bachelor’s degree (Business or Finance preferred but other majors will be considered).
