About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Architect with strong expertise in healthcare claims data and data modeling. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize data architectures to support analytics, reporting, and operational needs across our healthcare domain. Experience with pharmacy data will be considered a strong plus.

A Day in the Life

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing data architectures.
  • Develop and maintain logical and physical data models for healthcare claims data.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective data solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, etc.).
  • Optimize data storage, integration, and retrieval processes for performance and accuracy.
  • Provide technical guidance on best practices in data architecture and governance.

 What You Need

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data architecture, with a focus on healthcare claims data.
  • Strong proficiency in data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical).
  • Experience with relational and cloud-based data platforms (SQL Server, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, formats, and processing workflows.

Preferred Skills 

  • Experience with pharmacy data or healthcare data and related systems.
  • Knowledge of BI/Analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI).
