3202 Full Stack Software Engineer Team Lead

We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer Team Lead:

Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for multiple online applications, Contribution to technical architecture and technology choices, Design and consumption of REST APIs (both front and back end) and Application of best practices in code quality, security, and documentation.

Full-Stack Team Leader to lead a team of software engineers supporting web application development for an international client. This is a full-time, (Mexico-based) role requiring strong technical leadership and excellent communication skills in English.

Activities:

• Lead a team of 4 engineers, ensuring quality, performance, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate daily with the client’s team (English communication required).
• Design and implement REST APIs (Spring Boot).
• Guide front-end integration using Angular and TypeScript.
• Drive code reviews, best practices, and technical decisions.
• Provide regular updates, syncs, and reporting to the client.

• Bachelor’s degree in or Engineering in: Computer Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology Electronic Engineering or related field with a specialization in software
• +8 years of experience
• Experience in full-stack development experience (Java, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript).
• Proven team leadership or tech lead experience.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, versioning tools, and CI/CD.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred).
