ARSIEM is looking for a Senior Dataflow Engineer. This position will support one of our government clients in Annapolis Junction, MD.
Responsibilities
- Focus on system operations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and specifically managing NiFi dataflows, NiFi cluster management, and some light Python scripting.
- Support system integration, upgrade, and deployment activities.
- Work with systems that ingest large volumes of data.
- Responsibilities will include Elastic cluster management and deployment, creating Kibana visualizations and dashboards, and enhancing data analytic solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 8-years of relevant experience or Master's degree in plus 6-years of relevant experience.
- An Associate's degree plus 10-years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 12-years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position
- Computer Science (CS) degree or related field
- Strong working knowledge of NiFi is required.
- In-depth understanding of corporate dataflow and knowledge of common dataflow tools such as DX, ElasticSearch, Kibana.
- Intermediate knowledge of Linux and Docker
- Python scripting
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and/or experience with customer's analytic tools
- Kubernetes, Kafka
Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
