The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a passion for automation, and hands‑on experience operating in Microsoft 365 GCC and Azure Government environments.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Architect, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure and services across AWS, Azure, OCI, and hybrid environments.
- Implement automation and Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) solutions to streamline provisioning, configuration, and operational workflows.
- Lead cloud modernization efforts, including refactoring legacy systems, optimizing workloads, and improving platform reliability.
- Ensure cloud platforms meet stringent security, compliance, performance, and availability requirements.
- Support cloud migration activities, including assessment, planning, execution, and post‑migration optimization.
- Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure proactive visibility into system health and performance.
- Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning, including backup strategies, failover design, and resilience testing.
- Collaborate with DevSecOps teams to integrate security, automation, and CI/CD practices into cloud environments.
- Apply ALM best practices using solutions, environments, and pipelines to support consistent, governed deployment processes.
- Operate effectively within Microsoft 365 GCC and Azure Government environments, ensuring compliance with federal and state security standards.
- Experience with Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, or CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, EKS, OKE).
- Understanding of Zero Trust principles and cloud security frameworks.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, identity, and cloud service integrations.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
