Program Dates: Monday, June 7, 2027 – Friday, August 13, 2027

What you can expect: 

This posting serves as a shared entry point for technology internship opportunities across Prudential and PGIM. Candidates apply through one recruiting process and are evaluated using a shared assessment approach. Final placement decisions are based on business needs, candidate interests, workforce planning considerations, and interview outcomes.

Depending on placement, interns will join either the Prudential GT&O Internship Program or the PGIM Technology Internship Program, each offering distinct experiences, learning opportunities, and business exposure.

As a Technology Intern, you'll work on projects and initiatives that help solve business challenges, improve experiences, drive innovation, and support outcomes across Prudential and PGIM. Along the way, you'll build technical, analytical, and professional skills while working alongside experienced professionals and leaders.

You may:

  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to support products, projects, and strategic initiatives.

  • Analyze information, identify trends, and help solve business challenges using data, technology, and structured problem-solving.

  • Support the design, development, testing, or enhancement of applications, systems, platforms, or business solutions.

Depending on your placement, you may contribute to front-end, back-end, full-stack, or platform development efforts while strengthening your understanding of modern software engineering practices.

Data, Analytics & AI | Turning Information into Intelligence

Turn data into insights that help teams make smarter decisions, improve experiences, and solve business challenges. Depending on your placement, you may work with analytics, reporting, data engineering, automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies.

Architecture, Cloud & Emerging Technology | Enabling Innovation at Scale

Cybersecurity & Technology Risk | Protecting Digital Experiences

What You’ll Need:

  • Education | Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2027 and May 2029.
