Step 1

Online Aptitude Tests - Once you successfully complete Step 1, you will be invited to participate in Step 2 where you will complete online aptitude tests to make sure that Pfizer is the right place for you. This will be communicated to you via email.
Step 3:
Group Exercise - Successful candidates will be invited to participate in a group exercise with potential fellow colleagues. This will take place onsite on specific dates that will be communicated to you.
Step 4:
Interview - should you be successful at Step 3; you will be invited to attend interview onsite.
Step 5:
Pre-employment screening. Successful applicants will be contacted by our recruitment AND onboarding teams with details of your offer, next stages, and details for pre-employment screening.
