Skills Required
- 6+ months of work experience or equivalent (work, training, military, education)
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team or committee
- Highly motivated and detail oriented with ability to organize tasks, manage time, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Energetic self-starter who proactively takes initiative and demonstrates curiosity and interest in learning
- Ability to articulate clearly and succinctly
- Demonstrated problem analysis and solving skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and in collaborative, change-driven environments
- Must be presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with expected graduation between December 2027 - June 2028
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) skills
- Basic proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, SQL, and/or other analytics tools
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools (chat assistants, Microsoft Copilot) and strong interest in using them responsibly
- Involvement in extracurricular enrichment activities (volunteerism, student organizations, leadership, study abroad, nonprofit)
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Data & Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Applied Math or Business Administration/Management
- Demonstrated knowledge, interest, or experience in financial services, corporate accounting, data reporting, data visualization, or data analytics
