Skills Required
- 4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education
- 3+ years of identity and access management experience, including provisioning, de-provisioning, certification, authorization, or authentication
- Experience in technology operations, information security, business controls, risk management, or financial services operations
- Familiarity with IAM concepts, including user access, provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, role-based access control, privileged access, or identity lifecycle management
- Experience supporting audits, control walkthroughs, issue remediation, or evidence collection
- Ability to identify operational pain points and recommend practical, scalable improvements
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, Saviynt, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, or similar technologies
- Familiarity with ISO, NIST, SOX, or PCI security compliance frameworks
- Ability to interact with various layers of leadership
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and achieve deliverables
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills
- Customer service focus and ability to respond to requests promptly
- Knowledge of business requirements and ability to translate them into technical requirements
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project
- Experience and understanding of application security architecture
- Ability to work onsite in a hybrid environment three days per week
