About the DWS P.A.C.E. Graduate Program
Our 2-year P.A.C.E. Graduate Program begins with an intensive onsite onboarding program with all global P.A.C.E. participants in Frankfurt, Germany. You will then join your assigned division in Hong Kong SAR and complete rotations there. Throughout the program you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance and to grow your network within DWS.

About Investment Division
The Investment Division bundles all DWS Portfolio Management, Trading and research activities. Leveraging the outstanding knowledge of our experts, we have outperformed the competition many times, creating value for our clients. As a graduate, you'll immerse yourself in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, where you’ll gain deep insights into the complexities of capital markets and global economic trends. This includes a comprehensive exploration of investment management always having the core objective of Asset Management in mind: strategically investing client capital to generate income, while balancing risk and opportunity in their investment portfolios.
All major asset classes including Active (e.g., Equity, Fixed Income & Cash, Multi Asset), and Passive (e.g. Passive Mandate, Capital Markets) are covered by this team.
As our DWS Graduate in our team, you will:
Day-to-day management of traditional asset class portfolios for cash investing to investment grade to high yield to equities
Monitor public bond market, assess relative value and provide investment recommendations for specific securities that are aligned with the strategy of portfolios
Participate in internal meetings with portfolio managers and research as part of the investment decision making process
Work with the Passive Mandate Team in brainstorming and developing new innovation for the global Passive platform Contribution to the production and promotion of thought leadership, content and marketing material
Run product and market analytics such as wallet studies, product comparisons and peer/benchmark metrics
Partnering with client coverage and client facing teams to provide commentary and discuss opportunities, macro events, investment performance and strategies with existing clients and prospects
The Team is looking for:
Already graduated or on track to graduate from a bachelor’s or master’s degree in either 2026 or 2027
Must be available to start on the 6th September 2027
Less than 12 months of full-time relevant work experience (excluding internships)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
