Our Transformation Practice brings together the skills and capabilities to support our clients to address their big agendas and deliver transformation programs, and encompasses: 

  • Architecture & Technology. 
  • Business & Experience. 
  • Capability & Change. 
  • Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI). 
  • Execution & Enablement. 

Where You Can Make an Impact 

Our graduate program is a 12-month journey that gives you real-world experience, hands-on learning, and exposure to industry-leading projects. You'll gain hands-on experience by shadowing senior leaders and participating in engaging chats with industry experts, providing deep insights into consulting fundamentals and the industries we serve. With structured learning, personalised mentoring, e-learning pathways, and ongoing feedback, we’ll set you up for success from day one.   We currently have graduate opportunities within our Transformation teams in Adelaide in our Business & Experience and Change & Capability skill groups.

Our Business & Experience team in the Transformation practice provides multi-disciplinary expertise to help clients envision, design and deliver the capabilities needed achieve their strategic objectives.  We work across elements including:

  • Capability definition, design, development​ and costing.
  • Systems engineering​.
  • Operating model design.
  • Business requirements and process mapping.
  • Service model design​.

Our Change & Capability team in the Transformation practice empowers our clients to plan, prepare for and take advantage of the rapid changes to work and their workforce. We work across elements including:

  • Organisational and cultural transformation
  • Future of work and workforce
  • Learning and capability uplift
  • Change strategy and delivery

Qualifications

To be eligible to apply you need to 

  • Be an Australian citizen 
  • Have completed or be completing a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in either 2024 or 2025 
  • Have a degree in business, engineering, commerce, HR, project management or related field  
  • Be able to commence in March 2026
