Execute financial due diligence (buy-side and sell-side) engagements including:
Working collaboratively with senior team members, clients, and target business management teams
Collecting financial information from the target business / managing the diligence request list
Performing financial analyses on the target business (margin assessments, trend analysis, price volume analysis, cash proofs, key data reconciliations, etc.)
Supporting management discussions and correspondence
Supporting the preparation of key deal analyses (Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, Debt & Debt-Like, etc.)
Writing reports and supporting delivery of findings to clients
Cultivate key client relationships through advisory work
Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to interns & other junior team members

Work is conducted in a professional office environment with minimal distractions
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and performing work in front of a computer screen for long periods of time
Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at a time
Travel Required
Some travel may be required to client sites during engagements
Required Education and Experience
0 – 1 year(s) of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance with strong academic performance
Preferred Education and Experience
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) designation
Audit / corporate finance / transaction advisory service experience
