At Peligoni, our focus is to inspire our younger guests to be all they can be and make the most of their holiday. This applies to our youngest guests joining us in one of our crèches, to older kids taking part in high-energy activities and our teenage guests who want to break away from mum and dad and make new friends.
We are looking for an experienced and organised Childcare Coordinator to join the team for the remainder of the summer season. This is a unique opportunity to help thwart childcare operation run smoothly across all age groups. You will support the different childcare teams with day-to-day logistics, staffing cover, communication, use of shared spaces and coordination between groups.

Skills Required
- Previous childcare experience
- Strong organisational and logistical coordination skills
- Experience coordinating staffing cover and schedules
- Excellent communication skills for team and parent liaison
