Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to drive improvements in our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated systems to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity across our production lines. Additionally, you will leverage Lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes, reduce waste, and ensure continuous improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes through Lean practices, focusing on waste reduction, standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to optimize workflow and enhance productivity.
- Design and configure automated systems that integrate seamlessly with existing processes to reduce manual labor and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, resolve technical issues, and ensure sustainable process improvements.
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize system performance to meet quality and cost targets.
- Document process changes, maintain operational standards, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in Lean manufacturing, and emerging technologies in automation.
- Other duties as assigned by Superior.

Qualifications - Knowledge & Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or System Integrator (SI) environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Mitsubishi PLC programming and/or ABB Robotics (RobotStudio/RAPID).
- Deep understanding of industrial automation equipment, electrical systems, and motion control.
- Proficiency in CAD software (2D/3D) for electrical or mechanical concept design.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and basic project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across teams.
- Competent in reading technical manuals and communicating effectively in English.
Education, Licenses & Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Automation, or related field).
Work Conditions:
1. 8h/day, 48h/week.
- To be busy and work in high pressure environment.
- Usually work in a good environment, cool air-conditioner, sometimes go on business trips.
