What does our Internship Program offer?
Key’s Enterprise Internship is a 10.5-week program that provides meaningful work that matters, offers feedback and coaching, and creates engaging events and conversations that will spark excitement and interest in bringing one’s full-time career to Key post college.
Interns are involved in a host of line of business specific projects that directly impact and benefit Key’s business and strategic pillars. The program includes networking with Key teammates across all levels of the organization, a series of Learning Labs where internal and external speakers provide insight on Key’s competitive landscape, financial wellness, and professional development best practices, and an assigned mentor who shares knowledge, experience, and advice.
Key Wealth Management
Key Wealth Management “KWM” has a long history (over 150 years) of providing trust, custody, and investment management solutions to high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutional/non-profit clients with over $40 billion in assets.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the Key Private Bank (KPB) Client Experience
- Work with team to provide analysis and insight into consistency and effectiveness of KPB Client Experience
- Embodies a strong Client experience culture, being present with every client and teammate and realizing the impact we can have on their day, personally, professionally, and financially
- Work with Wealth Direction team to grow knowledge of the technology with advisors and penetration of client base
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Graduating with a four-year degree or graduate level degree by May 2026 with focused coursework in wealth management, finance, accounting, business, and/or economics (preferred)
- Outstanding academic achievement (minimum 3.0 GPA)
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork from past work experience and/or extracurricular activities
- Bring solid analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Compensation and Benefits
This position is eligible to earn an hourly rate of $21 per hour. Compensation also includes a $1,000 Summer Internship Sign-on Bonus.
