Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Hydraulic System Customer Support Engineer (m/f) to join our “Hydromechanical In-service Engineering” department based in Toulouse, within the Customer Care Center's engineering community.

Tasks & responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
Responding to customer queries:
Supporting the resolution of AOG (Aircraft On Ground) situations by providing technical expertise and recommendations for a swift and efficient resolution, while ensuring aircraft safety.
Providing timely and high-quality answers to the daily queries of operators and maintenance centers, while identifying any potential issues that could affect aircraft safety.
Providing on-site technical support to help customers resolve technical issues.
Managing in-service issues:
Anticipating and identifying recurring issues through communication and exchanges with our customers, as well as by analyzing aircraft data (through Skywise big data platform).
Analyzing in-service events to identify the potential impact on our customers, including impacts on airworthiness, reliability, costs, etc.
Initiating actions to reduce the operational impact for our customers and supporting the root cause analysis of events (technical, maintenance, operational...), in collaboration with the Airbus design office, suppliers, and our customers.
Customer Communication:
Regularly communicating the status and progress of technical topics to customers, with the opportunity to present at Airbus conferences and forums.
Organizing and participating in technical training sessions for customers.
Required skills:
Team spirit and a customer-service mindset,
Experience in hydromechanical systems engineering (architecture, equipment, and installation)
Communication and negotiation skills
Data Analysis: Development of analysis solutions in Skywise
English: Negotiation level.
Availability for on-call duties (standby for nights/weekends) once a month (only after becoming autonomous)
Would be a plus:
Knowledge of different types of aircraft documentation (Tech data, IPC, CMM)
Knowledge of airline operations,
Experience working within an airline
Experience in Engineering Support
Knowledge of the flight control system
