• Review code and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and consistency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Ruby on Rails applications.
• Document technical designs, implementation details, and operational procedures.
• Mentor and support junior engineers on Rails best practices and patterns.

• Senior-level experience working with Ruby on Rails.
• Proven track record delivering production web applications built on Ruby on Rails.
• Strong skills in writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested Ruby code.
• Experience with debugging, profiling, and improving Rails application performance.
• Ability to translate product requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across engineering and product teams.
