Build and lead the Rochester site’s People function for a new rare earth processing facility. Responsibilities include workforce planning, organization design, employee relations, HR support, onboarding and training coordination, manager effectiveness, records management, and partnership with corporate teams on HR systems, compensation, benefits, and performance programs.

Process Engineer supporting rare earth separation operations at a future commercial facility. Responsibilities include analyzing process chemistry and operating data, troubleshooting with operators, coordinating test work, maintaining mass and energy balances and process documentation, and supporting commissioning and startup. The role focuses on improving recovery, process stability, product quality, and operator guidance through hands-on plant work.
